A "dirty" way in Debian environment would be "dpkg -i" this https://packages.debian.org/squeeze/polymer, or (better) create your own .deb package from source if you plan to use it on other Wheezy-based RD stations. >From CentOS point of view manual make/make install, like Wayne said, would be your best option.
