Thanks guys for the collective help. I have used the RLM module and it is 
working a dream? APOSTROPHIES and Andpersands are now displaying on our now 
playing feeds!!

Could someone please confirm if the twitter RLM is functioning? I read 
somewhere it doesn't work anymore due to an API change from twitter??
