OK, I ran rdalsaconfig from a root shell. It says there are three audio
devices:

HDA Intel PCH at 0xf7d10000 irq 46 - ALC887-VD Analog [1]
HDA Intel PCH at 0xf7d10000 irq 46 - ALC887-VD Analog [2]
HDA Intel PCH at 0xf7d10000 irq 46 - ALC887-VD Analog [3]

. . . and Analog [1] is active. alsamixer shows HDA Intel PCH as device
0. However, when I go into the Audio Ports section of RDAdmin, all 8 audio
devices show UNKNOWN drivers.

I'm beginning to think I'm not ready to use a beta version of Rivendell or
CentOS 7, and maybe I should drop back to a computer without the UEFI
problem and an earlier Rivendell broadcast appliance.
