It could be hardware or buggy riv code. Having said that, the only
thing I've seen crash Riv "reliably" is using now and next with carts
that have characters outside of the normal ASCII range e.g. umlaut'ed
characters and others.
From what I remember it was RLM related and some sort of fix was
applied in a more recent release.
I assume by once a week you don't mean it happens at 11:30 every friday?
Any chance you can check the rdairplay log at the time of the crash?
