Is Fred Gleason still around? Is Paravel still in business? I've got a paid support contract, but I have been unable to reach anybody in over a month. I've sent emails to both the support address and Fred's address plus I have left voicemail on both numbers and have heard nothing. Are there new numbers or addresses for them? Has anyone heard from Fred lately? Does anybody besides Fred provide support there?
