If you're using a relatively recent Rivendell the L365 rlm is built in.
You just have to select the live365 module in now and next and then put
the path to your config file.
Oh make sure you have curl installed too.

As an aside, I have some crashing issues with Ubuntu and the built in
l365. If you have issues let me know as I'm knocking up a work around
in bash instead.
