Thank you Wayne for the guidance. I had too many things going on. I had tried 
the config file from an older post and it had a placement for the username and 
not the MemberName. After updating the config file to what is the newest 
example it worked straight off. Thanks for your time.

If you're using a relatively recent Rivendell the L365 rlm is built in. 
You just have to select the live365 module in now and next and then put the 
path to your config file.

Oh make sure you have curl installed too.

As an aside, I have some crashing issues with Ubuntu and the built in l365.  If 
you have issues let me know as I'm knocking up a work around in bash instead.
