Hi all,
Just in case somebody knows. If you use the TA macro to set the on air
flag for a particular host, is there an easy way to make sure all the
other hosts go "off air?"
For example I have 3 studios, lets suppose Studio 1 is on air:
1 - On Air
2 - Off Air
3 - Off Air
In one of my logs, I have a macro to switch the switcher so that Studio
2 is live at particular times in the day.
The only way I can think of doing it is a set of macros like this:
#Turn off all studios
rmlsend --to-host=Studio1 TA\ 0\!
rmlsend --to-host=Studio2 TA\ 0\!
rmlsend --to-host=Studio3 TA\ 0\!
#Turn on Studio X (in this case 2)
rmlsend --to-host=Studio2 TA\ 1\!
I have to make sure each studio is off just in case Studio 1 was on fire
one day and we manually moved to Studio 3. It seems like there should
be an easier way to do this but I don't think there is.
Any ideas?
