Use a GPIO device and set up a macro to fire it. At WCRI, there is a
Broadcast Tools audio switcher that has several GPO's; I have one of them
wired to trigger the RWT on the EAS box. The test is then scheduled in
Rivendell as a :30 spot, but it has three components:
1) An intro announcement: "The following is a test of the Emergency Alert
System" or some such;
2) The macro to fire the test;
3) Another macro that waits for 15 seconds while the test runs, and to
time out the whole thing to :30.
