Yes probably a source install of 2.11 vs the tryphon repo 2.10.3? If
you don't need the database, drop the Rivendell db (you will lose
everything) and run rdadmin on the machine you want to use. It should
create a new DB (you might have to remove the rduser but it should
recreate a DB if it is missing).

One of two things.
First, BACK UP your database !!!
Run RDAdmin.
That will upgrade the database schema if possible.
( probably won't work for you )
Upgrade Rivendell.
In your case, I suspect you somehow got a newer
database schema with an older version of Rivendell.
