I think 245 corresponds to RD 2.11.0 and 242 is 2.10.3. Since I don't
think Rivendell will downgrade a database to an older version, you need to
be running 2.11.0.
One of two things.
First, BACK UP your database !!!
I don't think rdadmin will let you do it in this case, so you probably
neeed to open a terminal window and type:
mysqldump -urduser -pletmein Rivendell > rdbackup.sql
Upgrade Rivendell.
2.11.0 is the current version; even if I misremembered the versions above,
installing 2.11.0 should leave you with a working database, since there
can't be any newer database version.
