Depends what you're doing and how integrated you want it. The simplest way is to get Skype audio to a desk fader and control the interface with Skype itself on a machine.

The slightly more integrated way is to use Asterisk and subscribe to Skype for the Asterisk plugin. Then you can use your "normal" PBX software to route calls.

There isn't a magic box that does it as far as I'm aware but Asterisk with Skype certainly comes closer to traditional telephone calls than anything else I've found (assuming you already have an Asterisk based PBX).
