 Sounds like a real good candidate for two cuts on one cart.

 The outcue is the last line of a spot, so that the operator ( back
 in the days of real carts ) would know that the spot has reached
 the end of the audio. Fire the next cart, open the mic, whatever
 is scheduled next.
