After 5 years of full automation, WXJM is going live-assist during the live periods.
We have an ASI sound card with 2 channels (L/R Pairs). Using 0/0 for air Using 0/1 for cue- routed direct to cue buss on console. We do not use and overlap with seque, therefore no need for 2 output feeding pots on the board. Here’s the problem- I want announcers to actually use the full automation MAIN LOG interface. Instead, some have discovered that you can Click ADD>Select Cart>Single click on Cart – and hit the play button. This goes over the air. I want this to go to cue. How do I assign this to cue? RDAdmin>Host>RDAirplay Allows me to send the MAIN LOG output to 0/2, but that also makes every other song go to the cue buss. Audition/Cue output selection seems to do nothing for this, although I have selected 0/1 for it. -Bill [cid:[email protected]]
