So... I would generate the log on multiple nights with the -P switch in
hopes that my luck would not be bad enough to miss it on several
consecutive nights?

Would it be useful to have a utility to query if a log exists and how
"long" it is time wise?

Does one exist now that I am unaware of? Would anyone like me to code up
something using sql to show what I am thinking?
