In other words, if you're running a locally compiled install on Ubuntu 43.1 they will want to convert you to familiar ground, migrate you onto the current version on the current CentOS, then support you from there going forward. So, no. They won't support an install on a non-supported system, but they will support whatever you had after converting to the current supported system.
