When you say "remote users" what exactly do you mean? The client/server model for Rivendell is kind of designed for this. We have our main studios, and a couple of "branch" offices connected via site-to-site VPN. Each branch has a Rivendell workstation linked to the main server. Our problems are bandwidth and latency, but it does work. We can upload/download content, and edit carts/clocks/etc.

I've gotten it to work with Skype and VNC Viewer - although that is too complicated for end users. I've seen some people having success with TeamViewer and Linux transmitting sound. Has anyone had some experience with that system or others? Thanks. Brian -- Brian P.
