Please, could you consider running a crowdfunding campaign, or maybe other collective financing mechanisms, to raise enough money to hire one or more programmers needed to help Fred to upgrade Rivendell to Qt5? I think it's very important, not only for Rivendell to be easily installed in Debian-based distributions, but for the advantages that the user interface would have when running in Qt5.
