A few days back, I mentioned a pair of Macros I created for a remote start "button box". One Macro puts RD into Manual Mode, the second starts the next event, waits 1.5 secs and then switches back to Auto. I also duplicated them as RDPanel buttons.
Here's the thing: If the RD playlist is empty and I test-activate these via the RDPanel buttons, they work properly and on time. If I have even one or two songs stacked to go in RDAirplay, there is a very long delay on that second Macro -- on the order of up to 20 secs between hitting the button and any action that follows. That's the only time I experience that kind of delay. Without messing with the Macros, a loaded Airplay log segues flawlessly with no bad pauses. HP dual-core running C7 and the latest RD version.
