Interestingly, I updated my Rivendell installation last night from 3.6.2 to 3.6.5. During the update process, it temporarily stopped and the same error was displayed while updating the Rivendell x64 item.
The update continued after a time with no further errors.
Session management error: Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed
