In ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf, set "keyserver" to your the desired server. I
believe the syntax is:
keyserver hkp://pgp.mit.edu

I'm playing with GPG and I have to specify the keyserver each time
and I noticed you don't and probably use a default.
I looked in the manual and searched a while but I think I'm blind
today, where does one configure the default keyserver to utilize.
