I've just signed Frank's key after making myself confident enough that
it really does belong to Frank.
If you refresh (gpg --refresh-keys) Franks key from the key servers
you should get also my signature. My key (ID A355A63E) has been signed
by quite a few ASF directors (among others), so you should be able to
establish transitive trust.
