I dont need more than a design document to vote on. When we have voted on the design document, and the POC proves clear benefits to the current solution, and is in line with the document, all criteria have been met (for me) for an implementation as the next step.
As the implementation would be a bulk operation, i would like a script for the conversion as described in an email I've sent previous. We can test the conversion over and over again if needed, and vote (or form consensus) on its correctness.
