Apologies again for the delay.
For a clean install of the 2.2 branch on FreeBSD, I don't get a segfault, and
it looks like the initial problem is fixed.
However, if I set the AfterEveryScript to abort_page, I get:
Rivet AfterEveryScript failed!
Page generation terminated by abort_page directive
invoked from within
"abort_page"
Is this expected, or should we not be attempting to call abort_page in the
AfterEveryScript? Note of course in production we don't use abort_page as the
actual AfterEveryScript, but it is called from it.
