Thanks for the patch. When we apply it to the 2.2 branch, the unmodified
index.rvt rivet test page gives the same error as previously listed:
Rivet AfterEveryScript failed!
Page generation terminated by abort_page directive
invoked from within
"abort_page"
GET HTTP
responds with code two hundred
page loads, YOU GOT SERVED
