Checking abort condition when rolling back through the call stack to prevent
spurious error handling
This patch uses the globals->page_aborting flag to check if the TCL_ERROR
status was returned after calling abort_page. Thus calling abort_page within a
nested template shouldn't result in a Tcl error. Please let me know
