cmake branch

Glad to inform you that George Petasis has created the branch 'cmake' 
with the purpose of creating a cmake based build script for mod_rivet. 
It's good to have an alternate way to build mod_rivet anyway but it's 
also a solution for developing a Windows build system. Thank you George
