i just wanted to let you know that the first successful cmake based
build of Rivet has been obtained tonight and George Petasis has
immediately set out trying to build rivet on Windows too. The different
idea of strictness of the Microsoft C compiler let several portability
issues emerge. We are working on these too

It's good to have an alternate way to build mod_rivet anyway but it's
