Brice, It's sounds like you simply have to follow some Suse packaging
HOWTO. In Debian the apache related packages must use specific Debian
scripts and tools to have them harmonized with the main Apache2 package.
I don't know how Suse cope with the complexity of subsystems but Harald
can help or at least he can get you in touch with the guy at Suse in
charge for this stuff...
