The directories have permissions of 0750, being owned by root:root. The
RKH files are generally 0640, with the log file as 0600.

However, I have just mailed the developers that according to the FHS the
files should be in /var/lib/rkhunter/*, and not /var/rkhunter (if a
default installation is done).
