Hello,

Yes there was a change made about 2 or 3 days after the initial release.
The problem was thought to be serious enough to cause a quick re-release
of version 1.2.9. See here

Your first SHA1 value is from the original tarball, the second one is
the current SHA1 value for the corrected tarball.
