Just installed rkhunter 1.3 on Ubuntu hardy heron (using the standard distro repositories). I hadn't used rhunter since about 1.27 or so, and I'm impressed - overall 'polish' etc is much better, documentation is improved etc etc etc. Thanks! The packager gets a kudos for automatically adding cronjobs via dpkg-reconfigure too. Makes my life easier :-) One suggestion if I may - please consider adding #ALLOWDEVFILE=/dev/shm/pulse-shm-* to the rkhunter.conf (commented out of course) Thanks again for the work Brian ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out the new SourceForge.net Marketplace.
