Hi, to all who replied to my posts a couple of days ago on a different thread, thanks for your replies. I have been traveling for the last couple of days and didn't have opportunity to continue the discussion.
One of the replies that I received said that I should use a different email reader. That wasn't the problem, I am away from home on a business trip at the moment. I go to many international destinations and my ISP blocks me from sending mail using my email program, thinking that someone is hacking into my email account. I had to go to the ISP's website, and send out mail from there. Their website doesn't work as well as a normal email program, that is why the quotes didn't come out as being very distinctive. To fix this I set up a gmail account that allows me to send mail without regard to my location around the world. Hopefully this will be reflected in easier to read posts. I am using rkhunter version 1.3.2. When I use the command rkhunter -c --pkgmgr RPM --sk I get a warning for just about every file. Please see the rkhunter rpm warnings odt attachment. When I use the command rkhunter -c --sk I get many fewer warnings. This is presented in the second attachment rkhunter warnings. I am using opensuse 10.3 on this computer. Mark
