You have a mixture of new and old rkhunter versions on your system.
These messages are from RKH saying that it is trying to print out a
message but that your language file of messages (usually
in /var/lib/rkhunter/db/i18n) does not contain the relevant message.

You need to ensure that you have removed all of the old RKH, then run
'rkhunter --update' with your new version (and the correct config file).
Again, then log file say which language file it is using.
