Hi! I have a FreeBSD host with a a number of jails, which act as production servers. So, from the host I have an access to root filesystems of all those jails, just like: /hosts/server1 /hosts/server2 etc (yes, all /hosts/server*/dev, proc, etc are mounted there as well). I'd prefer to run rkhunter on the host, just specifying alternate configurations for different jails and path to jail's root directory. But I didn't find how to specify alternate root. Is there any solution for this? I'd like to avoid installation of rkhunter to those jails to prevent attacker from changing rkhunter files.
