ok. I did not get around to do the re-ordering, today, either. I'm not going 
to touch the document over the weekend, so Meik and Prasenjit will have a 
stable version to work with. So we'll leave the re-ordering for the next 
round. Of course, if you have thoughts on the order of chapters / sub-
chapters, please do voice them.

P.S.: I have added a text document to the "figures" folder, containing a 
description of the menu-structure for the main window (without any active 
document or tool window). We had thought about including a similar list in the 
appendix. I think it's way too long for that, though. Perhaps, instead, we 
could simply state that there are currently 164 directly accessible plugins 
(i.e. not counting embedded plugins), somewhere.
