I gave this a very quick look, and indeed, this is pretty nice! On a rather general note: Please make sure to mention all non-trivial new features in the ChangeLog. This is also a good place to keep track of minor TODO items, which need to be addressed before the next release. For more complex stuff, consider adding items to the "Feature Plan" (http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/rkward/index.php?title=Feature_Plan - which is currently still listing features for 0.5.7). A feature request: Level 2 headers should be shown in the TOC as well, ideally collapsible / expandable. Regards Thomas
