I did not check the revision number (unfortunately it is not the same as the 
SVN revision), but I noticed, and fixed this issue a bit later, yesterday. Let 
me know, if you still see this with the next daily build.

No. The above ordering issue was a separate mess-up. Of course the plan is 
that for almost everybody, everything should just continue to work as before. 
There is one more obsolete entry in the rkwardrc file: [Plugin Settings]-
>"Plugin Maps", but that should not matter for any practical purpose.
