Hello, After the rkward 0.6.1 release announce I have removed old rkward, installed R 3.0 and tried to install rkwar 0.6.1 from source, following the instrucctions from http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/rkward/index.php?title=Building_RKWard_From_Source. The comand that I use for cmake is cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$HOME/.kde/ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DR_LIBDIR=$HOME/R/i686-pc-linux-gnu-library/3.0
The installation seems to be OK because I don't get error messages, but when I try to execute rkward, it crashes. I'm running kubuntu 12.10 in a 32-bit x86 arquitecture. When I start rkward in debug mode we get: KCrash: Application 'rkward' crashing... KCrash: Attempting to start /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/drkonqi from kdeinit sock_file=/home/alf/.kde/socket-alf-portatil/kdeinit4__0 I also paste the KDE bugs tracker info, if it can help: Application: RKWard (rkward.frontend), signal: Segmentation fault Using host libthread_db library "/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1".
