Mike,
I followed the 2 e-mail I saw to you about TTFs and got it going. Below are
the steps I used:
1. Created the directory "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Truetype"
2. Copied my TTFs into the above directory.
3. Edited "/etc/X11/XftConfig" file by adding the above directory path.
4. Ran xftcache.
A few notes.
1. Even as root I had an issue with write privileges for "/etc/X11/XftConfig". I
changed them to read/write.
2. Watch the capitalization. The email did not show the proper capitalization for
"/etc/X11/XftConfig".
