Okay I figured it out. Here is one way to make NTFS partitions
readable.  Add "umask=000" to /etc/fstab.
Setting uid and guid did not work. Maybe a Unix admin guru knows how to
do that more user/group specific.

For vfat partitions you can use: "uid=username,guid=group,rw"
Lycoris default installation (v. 43) currently only adds "ro" for all
Windows drives. I think this should be changed at installation time. I
don't know about v. 44.
