The other post-installation problem is that I can't write to the
Windows (FAT) drives. I changed /etc/fstab to "rw" for all vfat drives,
but no joy.

Somebody suggested: chown -R users /mnt/hdX

However, that operation was not allowed (as root).

I guess most people must have faced this one, but I haven't found an
answer yet. Any more ideas?

2) The NTFS drives appear "locked", no read access. How do permissions
need changing to allow reading for those?
