Nu vreau sa par io buricul pamantului in programare, dar ma indoiesc ca
chiar toate probleme sunt din cauza programatorilor. Ca mai uitzi un ; sau
nishte ghilimele, e o chestie, alta este ceea ce mi-o fost dat sa citesc mai
intr-un document care vine cu MPlayer-ul. Poate ca problemele pe care le-am
avut eu sunt din vina mea (deshi nu shtiu de ce dupa ce am schimba numele
functziei din Status in GetStatus mi-a compilat, de-al naibii de buna seama),
dar problemele despre care se vorbeshte in documentul asta nu prea par din
vina programatorilor. Mai jos, textul fishierului (nu e chiar asha de lung).
In ceea ce priveshte problema cu Blame RedHat, este o neintelegere, eu doar
am spus ca gcc 2.96 vine cu RedHat, nimic mai mult.

Note: gcc 2.96 is RedHat's UNOFFICIAL (it can be found only on RedHat sites,
or
in RedHat-based distributions) and BUGGY gcc release. gcc 2.96 is TOTALLY
unsupported by us, because it simply SKIPS or badly compiles some MMX codes!
Important: this is NOT an MPlayer-specific problem, numerous other projects
(DRI, avifile, etc..) have problems with this shit too. DO NOT USE gcc 2.96
!!!
If you don't want to downgrade, use the --disable-gcc-checking option to avoid
this check, but DO NOT SEND BUGREPORTS OR COMPLAIN, it's *YOUR* fault!
Get ready for misterious crashes, no-picture bugs, strange noises... REALLY!
