I know what you mean. It seems to me that a lot of people take
for granted the knowledge that they have. I mean, not everybody knows
WHAT to search for on google. They usually need a point in the right
direction, and that is what this list is for.
There is one LUG I know that has a few people who are starting
to get the "google attitude" and I don't like it, it brings the
community down. My mom knows nothing about computers and can't just
tell her to RTFM. I have to step her through logging in to XP, logging
on to the internet, and opening explorer, etc. HELP people, don't make
them feel stupid.
BTW, this list contains a plethora of knowledge for which I am
grateful for :) Thanks all!
