Well, if money is no object, why not buy a Cisco PIX? They're reliable
devices, handle all your NAT/PAT needs, and do a great job with stateful
packet filtering.

Of course, $15 for a new NIC and five minutes configuring the Firestarter
GUI will do a very similar job, but if you want a powerful yet flexible
hardware solution, PIX would be it.

I personally avoid the SOHO appliances like the plague. They're usually 
too limited and inflexible, and almost all of them come with built-in 
switches and DHCP servers, which I neither want nor need. If you decide to 
go this route, though, you may have to do a lot of digging for online 
manuals before you buy, to ensure that it supports whatever firewalling 
feature set you might want.

Don't buy anything until you know what features you require. Otherwise, 
you're just playing Russian Roulette with your money.
