Now I am uncertain which is better here. My sister-in-law is getting DSL and this has caused me to start thinking about moving up to faster speeds. The only down fall I do not know which is better, DSL or cable? I know all about DSL and cable, recent research, but for my area (East Sparks) I am unsure. Are there a lot of people on cable over here or how close am I to a DSL station? Also I would like to keep it around $40 (Not much money to spend considering I am a college student). This happens to be for a windows machine not linux. Thanks...
