Greetings. I've revised the bylaws based on comments that I've received
and talking with Ryan Madison on the phone. The current version lives at:

The big change was that I completely removed Art6 (DECISION-MAKING
PROCEDURES.) I think we can revisit adding that back in later if
needed. There are a few minor changes that I made to try and clarify
some of the points that seemed unclear.
My overall opinion of the Bylaws is that they have the general gist of
what we want. But it is horribly confusing, parts of it are redundant,
and is most likely contradictory in places. So my next task is going to
be to do some rewrite to fix these problems and to make sure they are in
line with the language that is in the Articles of Incorpartion.
Unfortunately I cannot stay up all night to get this done.
So if you are going to attend the meeting Thursday please print out the
document, read it, and come to the meeting with ideas and comments.
Also try to bring a copy of the Articles of Incorporation that RyanM has
drafted[1].
