We are switching to Fedora here, basically on the principle of least astonishment. We don't need vendor support (I was a kernel hacker before I was a company CEO :-) and so Fedora seemed to be a logical choice.
Though of course, some servers, such as our mail server system, are fairly customized already, and only get things such as kernel upgrades under very controlled circumstances, and very rarely. (If it ain't broke, don't fix it.)
