The webmail part is a little tricky. If you have an Exchange server in
your organization, you can take advantage of it's IMAP functionality by using
something like SquirrelMail. However, the Calendaring portion of Exchange is
proprietary to Microsoft and I have no idea how you might go about replacing
that.
Linux is still a ways out on having a competitive groupware product
against Microsoft's Exchange, or IBM's Lotus Notes or the "never a dull moment"
Novell GroupWise.
