Thanks for the tip on reset. I'll try that when I'm in the office
tomorrow.

I've been playing with cu, but it's not showing me any love either. I'm
just a big Linux loser. :-/

If your console ends up in a weird state, just type "reset" and that
should put it back to normal.

I have similar problems with minicom. I'm a bit excited to discover cu,
it works just as I want it to, even though it appears to lack
scripting/logging like minicom. There is probably a unixy way to work
around this deficiency, however.
